|
Evelyn Salt (Angelina Jolie) is a dedicated, well-liked, high-ranking agent with the CIA. One day, her world is turned upside down when a Russian spy accuses Evelyn of being a Russian mole, and declares that she is the assassin set to kill the President of Russia. Confused and feeling trapped, Evelyn flees, trying to avoid being captured while she attempts to prove her innocence and figure out who is behind all of this. Evelyn's boss at the CIA, Ted Winter (Liev Schreiber), doesn't believe she's an assassin, but he may not be able to help her either. Can Evelyn get to the bottom of this mystery before she's caught? |
