Brian Flanagan (Tom Cruise) is a cool, flippant and confident young bartender and works in Manhattan's Upper East Side alongwith a seasoned professional (Bryan Brown). His move to Jamaica gets him into a serious romance with a sweet artist Jordan (Elisabeth Shue) and gives his life a new perspective. Jordan, in fact teaches Brian the true meaning of love and the techniques to enjoy life and live it to the fullest, things he wasn't even aware of before. Jordan comes out as a smart girl who knows how to handle people like Brian, always walking tall, with false egos and pride. The performances are high powered and attractive with an elecrtrfiying energy from the youthful cast. |
